Izumiti Labs ("we", "us") is a software engineering consultancy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through izumitilabs.com and how we handle it.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect comes from the contact form: your name, email, organization and the message you choose to send. We use it exclusively to reply to your inquiry and, if you request it, to prepare a proposal.
How we store and process it
Contact submissions are delivered to our team by email through a transactional email provider (Resend). We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party profiling. We serve the pages you request and nothing else.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by writing to info@izumitilabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
